These Terms of Use govern access to and use of trusecure.co operated by TRUSECURE S.R.L. and Trusecure Ltd (the "Operators", as identified in the Imprint). Each Operator is responsible for its own processing in respect of visitors in its jurisdiction.

By accessing or using the Website you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must not use the Website.

You shall use the Website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of, or restrict or inhibit the use and enjoyment of, the Website by, any third party. Prohibited conduct includes introducing viruses, trojans, worms or other malicious code; attempting to gain unauthorised access; sending unsolicited communications; and scraping the Website except as permitted by law.

All intellectual property in the Website and in materials published on it belongs to the Operators or their licensors. You may view, download and print pages from the Website for personal or internal-business reference, but not for republication, redistribution, sale or derivative commercial use without prior written consent. Trademark use is governed by the Trademark Guidelines.

Resilience Fabric is provided under the Master Subscription Agreement and Data Processing Addendum. The Resilience Sprint consulting engagement is provided under a separate engagement letter. Nothing on the Website creates a contractual relationship for those services.

Information on the Website is provided for general information. It is not legal advice, regulatory advice, audit opinion or certification. The Operators do not replace qualified counsel, certified auditors or accredited certification bodies. Specific advice requires a contractual engagement.

The Website may reference third-party sources. The Operators do not endorse and are not responsible for third-party content, products or services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Website is provided "as is" and "as available". The Operators disclaim all warranties, conditions and terms, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operators and their officers, employees and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, business or data, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the Website, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this Section excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

You shall indemnify, defend and hold harmless the Operators from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your breach of these Terms of Use or your misuse of the Website.

The Operators may suspend or terminate your access to the Website at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that they reasonably believe violates these Terms of Use or is otherwise harmful to other users, the Operators or third parties.

The Operators may update these Terms of Use. Material changes are flagged by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Website after such changes constitutes acceptance.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of Romania. The courts of Romania have exclusive jurisdiction. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

If any provision of these Terms of Use is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.

These Terms of Use constitute the entire agreement between you and the Operators in respect of the Website, superseding any prior communications.
